I’m going old school – just tired of endless pinging and increasingly repetitive ads – with RSS. Using feedly on my laptop or iPad, and Reeder on my iPhone.
Did you know you can get the RSS feed from any twitter account, including it’s likes, using RSS.app?
Did you know you can subscribe to YouTube accounts, subreddits and instagram accounts the same way?
It’s actually really nice to be able to read a whole recipe or article without all the floating video ads, retargeting ads and other promotional stuff. And I get all the other content I care about in the same place.
Do you use rss anymore? if so, what your reader of choice?
If not, are you curious to try?
